PAYMENT

  • What currency is used in store?

The currency listed is in United States Dollars (USD).

  • What payment methods are there?

The current payment methods available now are Credit Card Payment (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX etc.) and PayPal.

  • I am from Singapore, can I pay in Singapore Dollars (SGD) instead?

Yes! However, the order would have to be made via Instagram DM. You'll also get to enjoy a 1:1 USD:SGD conversion rate via this order/payment method. This order method only allows Paynow/Paylah! transactions. (Only subjected to available stock 24 hours after shop launch/update.)

  • I have changed my mind, can I cancel my order?

No, all orders are strictly final. We are unable to provide a refund once the order has been made, paid for and processed. 

SHIPPING

  • How long does my order take to arrive?

All orders require processing time of up to 7 working days. You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped out. Local postage (via Singpost) will take about 3-5 days for Registered Mail or up to 7 days for Normal Mail. International postage will take roughly 6-24 days depending on your location. (Do note that COVID restrictions may hinder/affect delivery process.)

  • Can I combine orders or change address?

Yes, orders can be combined or addresses can be changed IF I have not shipped out your items. Do contact me via email [email protected] to make your request. 

  • What if my items are lost/damaged, can I get a refund/exchange?

All items will be packed safely so as to prevent damages. In the event that the items are damaged due to rough shipment handling, we will not be held responsible and hence no refunds/exchanges will be given. However, if the items are damaged due to my bad packaging (in the very unlikely event), refunds or exchanged will be given via a case-by-case basis.

The shop is also not responsible for any lost packages (especially if you have opted for mailing with no tracking) and no refunds/exchanges will be provided. Do contact [email protected] for further enquiries.

  • There are missing items in my order, what should I do?

Do contact us via DMs @dumdum.studios (on IG) or email us at [email protected] ASAP.

  • My item was returned, can it be shipped back to me?

No, we will not be responsible for how the courier operates. A refund can be given but this EXCLUDES shipping costs. However, you can also opt to pay for another round of shipping. We will only hold your parcel for a month before the items are claimed back by us. To prevent this from happening, please send us the new shipping fee within the deadline. This also applies to instances where the wrong shipping address has been given. (Please double check shipping address before checkout!)

In the event where the items are mistakenly sent to the wrong address (a mistake on my part), I will cover the second round of shipping fees. 

  • Can I combine shipping for a preorder and instock?

Yes you can! However, do note that you will have to wait for preorder items to arrive first before all items can be mailed out! If you would like your other products to be mailed first, please place 2 separate orders.

  • Do you ship to the EU/UK?

Yes! However, please be aware that the prices charged do not include VAT fees and hence you will be responsible for any VAT/custom fees incurred. If you fail to make payment promptly, reshipment of the products will have to paid for by you.

  • Are there any COVID-19 restrictions?

Please click the link here to find out more about postage restrictions. Some countries listed will not be available due to the suspension of international shipping at our local postal service.

Do note that in the event that orders placed require delivery to the countries listed above, a full refund will be given which will take a few days to process.

PREORDERS (PO)

  • What are preorders?

Preorders are orders placed for a design that has yet to be put into production. Some preorders include PO gifts (exclusive to preorders). In the event a preorder project fails, all buyers will be given a full refund

  • How long do preorders take?

Preorder items can take about a month or two after the preorder closes to reach me. Shipping duration will also differ depending on your location so do order only if you can wait!

PIN TERMS

  • What is P4P?

P4P is short for Pay for Production pins. They are different from normal preorders as all the funds go towards production and postage/packaging and I do not get profit from them. The pins will generally be at a much lower price than normal preorders/in hands. Once a P4P is over, the pins will no longer be available (unless there is demand) as I am unable to make profit off them. 

*Please do not sell these pins for a profit. You can only resell at the price you paid for it.

  • What is ISO?

ISO is short for In Search Of. This is a common way of saying "these are the pins I am looking for" either sourcing them through trade or buy.

  • What is LE?

LE is short for Limited Edition. These are pins that are part of a limited run. 

RULES

  • Trading Rules

Please do not purchase my pins with the sole purpose of trading them off. Do also wait till pins are in hand before you trade them off.

  • Buying Rules

There are no limits to purchasing any items. However, please be respectful of one another and do not buy more than what you need. (E.g. for the purpose of reselling or trading.)

  • Reselling Rules

For P4P pins, please do not sell for profit. For my preorders/in hands, please do not sell them at exorbitant prices. For instocks still available in store, please do not resell them at a profit.

*All customers who violate these rules will be banned/blacklisted from my store. 

GRADING

  • Standards

All pins are handmade and there will hence be very minor flaws (e.g. small specks of dust, uneven metal etc.). These flaws are generally only noticeable under close inspection. 

  • Seconds

These pins have very obvious flaws and large defects that impact the design greatly (e.g. missing screen print, misfilled enamel, damaged pin posts etc.). These will be sold at the most discounted price compared to the other grades.

*Do note that soft enamel pins are more prone to serious flaws and hence may not follow the above grading system.

KICKSTARTER

  • What is Kickstarter?

Kickstarter campaigns make ideas into reality. It’s where creators share new visions for creative work with the communities that will come together to fund them. They work similar to preorders and will hence have a wait time. For more information, do click here.
